Provided a comprehensive suite of systems and application services, including:

• Storyboard Workspace for multimedia creation, editing and Q&A.
• Digital Asset Management System for DA check-in and out.
• Digital Asset Management System for version control and searching.
• Job Control Workflow Management System.
• Maintenance and control of file versions between different sources and locations.
• Three layer architecture -
  • Terminal Access Layer – enabled clients to submit job requests via a web-based interface.
  • Local Server and Storage Layer – capable of receiving files from the central layer and storing them temporarily as proxies for future production activities.
  • Center Service and Storage Layer – designed for the needs of the job management system that records, schedules and automates the delivery of files.

  This automation system supports full automation, semi-automation and manual mode for multi-media file delivery.

• Digitises all traditional media into a computer-editable format for archiving and searching, which significantly increases the life of media assets and enhances productivity for the creative and editing teams.

Successfully proposed solution helped customer migrate from a traditional asset management system to a digital asset management system.
